WORKSHOP SELECTION/REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Planning to attend a workshop? Here’s everything you need to know to secure your spot.

DATE Selection/Registration Deadline 

All workshop selections/registrations must be completed by 25 August 2025.

Only participants who PRE-select/register for a workshop will be considered for attendance. 

(to avoid confusion, please note that browsing or adding a session to your personal ConfTool agenda does not secure a place in any of the sessions or workshops)

Please note: You can add a workshop at no extra cost to your registration fee.

Each workshop has a maximum capacity based on the organizer’s request and/or room size. Selection/Registration availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, please register early to avoid any issues.

Workshops are scheduled as follows:

  • Thursday 28 August – 14:30–15:30, 16:00–17:00, 17:15–18:15
  • Friday 29 August – 14:30–15:30, 16:00–17:00
  • Saturday 30 August – 14:00–15:00

Important: You may select/register for only one workshop per time slot.

If a workshop appears as "Booked Out" on ConfTool, it means no places are available. We encourage you to select alternative sessions that still have spaces.

  1. Log in to your ConfTool account.
  2. Click “Edit Your Event Registration Details and/or Register for Another Event.”
  3. Select the workshop you would like to attend.
  4. Click “Save Participant Data.”
