Supervision Room
Invitation to present a clinical situation
Dear friends,
During the EFTA-RELATES Congress, in agreement with the scientific, organisational, and participation committees, we have proposed to dedicate a room at the university on Thursday 28 and Friday 29, where young — or not so young — professionals, individually or in teams, will present a clinical case to senior supervisors.
Each session will last an hour and a half, during which you may present a clinical situation to two or three senior supervisors. Presentations may be made orally or with video excerpts. Discussions will be held in English, French, or Spanish, depending on the languages spoken by the supervisors. The room will be open to delegates who wish to attend and engage in this shared experience of presentation and supervision.
A call has already gone out to senior supervisors, and over fifty have responded positively:
– 31 are offering supervision in English (including 6 who can also supervise in Italian)
– 15 in Spanish
– 25 in French
We would like to invite you to present a clinical case in this context. Please let us know:
-
whether you will be presenting alone or as part of a team
-
whether your presentation will be oral or include a video excerpt
-
in a few words, what you consider to be the central theme or focus of the clinical case
-
the language of your presentation
Please send your proposal to: jacques.pluymaekers@gmail.com
For further information, you may contact:
– ancreformation@gmail.com (in Spanish)
– thomas.ipec@gmail.com (in English)
As soon as we have received enough proposals, we will create a schedule for these sessions, taking into account the other contributions that many senior supervisors will be making during the conference.
Since the number of time slots is limited, proposals will be considered in the order they are received, while also balancing the languages available.
We hope this initiative will be a meaningful addition to the congress, and we thank you warmly for your participation and commitment.
