PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
As the conference approaches, we would like to share some important instructions to ensure your presentation runs smoothly and that you feel fully prepared.

Format & Technical Support
- All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF.
- Every presentation room will be equipped with:
- Projector
- Monitor/screen
- Please note that you need to bring your own laptop for the presentation!
- We recommend arriving at your allocated room at least 1 hour before your presentation time (or during the break before your session) to test your slides and ensure everything is working properly.
- Check the final programme carefully to confirm your exact presentation time and location.
*On-site technical support will be provided by an allocated volunteer per 2 or 3 rooms, and a specialised techncian per block of rooms (CLIO, DÉMÉTER, BÉLÉNOS, ATHÉNA).
Allocated Times
- Symposia: 20–30 minutes per presentation, followed by 30–40 minutes of collective discussion.
- Round Tables: 20 minutes per presentation, followed by 20–40 minutes of collective discussion.
- Oral Communications: 15 minutes per presentation, followed by 30 minutes of collective discussion.
- Clinical Case Discussion Seminars, Video Consultation Exhibition and Open Format Sessions : 90 minutes in total, with no restrictions on how time is divided within the session
- Workshops: 60 minutes in total, flexible use of time.
*we kindly ask all presenters to respect the allocated time slots so that the conference can run smoothly and all speakers have the opportunity to share their work.
*please keep to your time to: 1) ensure all presenters get their full slot. 2) allow attendees to move between sessions as planned.
*the above timings should be kept even in the cases where presenters have arranged consecutive translation (same duration, incl translation)
Before Your Session
Introduce yourself to the session chair or organizer before the session begins.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early and sit in the front row to ensure a smooth speaker transition.

* workshops have been scheduled according to the max number of participants and required set up, if and when declared during submission process.
* for all the above presentation types, any specific material or equipment needs (apart from the ones provided by the conference and stated above) should be self organised/supplied by presenters.
POSTER GUIDELINES
The poster agora will take place on Friday, 29th of August at the Foyer of the HIRSCH building.

Size & Orientation
● Maximum dimensions: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
● Orientation: Portrait (vertical) only
(Landscape posters cannot be displayed in the exhibition area)
Language
The poster should be written in one of the official languages of the conference (English, French, Spanish). Poster presenters are also encouraged to have their poster content also translated in summary in the other two languages.
Printing the poster
Each presenter is responsible for having their poster printed. Please bring your poster with you to the conference.
Using a printing service in Lyon
You can have your poster printed by a local company. Please contact them directly using the following contact information:

Materials
● Posters must be printed on paper. Electronic posters cannot be displayed.
● The secretariat will provide all necessary materials for mounting.
Setup & Removal
● Posters may be set up between 08:30 and 16:00 on the day of the session.
● All posters should be removed from 18:00 to 18:30 after the session ends.
● Conference staff will be present in the foyer to assist you during set-up and removal.
● Close to the Registration Desk you will find a list of all posters and their presenters as well as the allocated location for each poster. Please take your poster to the correct poster wall and attach it to the poster wall using the material provided. There is no need to bring pins etc. with you, as these will be provided by the local organisers.
Presentation
Please ensure that you are present by your poster during the poster session (Friday 29 Aug 17:00-18:00). You may wish to prepare handouts based on your poster to give out to those interested in your work.
